What to do after you get window tint
New tint needs a few simple rules for the first couple of weeks. Then it takes care of itself.
Day 1 to 3: keep the windows up
Do not roll the tinted windows down for 3 days after install, so the film can set. That includes the quick drive-through window.
Week 1 to 2: haze and small bubbles are normal
A cloudy look or tiny water bubbles is moisture curing out from under the film. It clears up on its own, usually in a week or two. Do not poke or press on them.
If a bubble or haze is still there well after two weeks, text us and we will look at it.
Cleaning
Wait about a week before the first wash of the inside glass. Use a soft microfiber cloth and an ammonia-free cleaner. Ammonia and rough rags can damage the film.
